Julie Miller

Julie is an incredibly experienced, highly skilled, and respected Melbourne-based podiatrist, who has worked at a high level in both the public and private health sectors with a strong commitment to interdisciplinary (shared) care and person-centred care.

Julie completed the Masters of Wound Care (Monash University) in 2010 and has been a Teaching Associate on a variety of the Units in the Course since 2013. She is an Endorsed Podiatry Prescriber of scheduled medicines, with experience as a Clinical Advisor (AHPRA) on prescribing endorsement.

Julie was a Founding and long-standing President of the Advanced Practicing Podiatrists – High-Risk Foot Group Inc (Australia), and has been awarded Life Membership. The Group’s core values of Expertise, Leadership, Professionalism, Integrity and Collaboration are held with the highest regard. 

Education remains a strong priority, both teaching and learning at every opportunity, with on ongoing mission to ‘pay it forward’

Julie has travelled widely but now prefers home life, working in the garden, baking and craft projects.
